“Proof #3: from Arei Miklat (Cities of Refuge). There will be a time, when Moshiach comes, that Hashem will expand the borders of Eretz Yisroel and add 3 more Arei Miklat, which has not happened yet.”
The Rambam just brought a third proof, but put it in a completely separate chapter. Does that seem odd to you? It should.

The Rambam organizes his laws very carefully. Why didn’t he put Arei Miklat together with the other 2 proofs of Moshiach coming?
